Your esthetician will cleanse the area, apply warm wax, and remove hair using strips. The service typically takes 15–25 minutes. You may feel brief stinging; we use techniques to minimize discomfort and will offer soothing aftercare to reduce redness.

Triming is not necessary if hair is 1/4" to 3/4" long. Exfoliate gently 24-48 hours before, avoid heavy sun exposure and topical retinoids, and arrive with clean, dry skin for the best results.

Sensitivity varies by person, but most clients tolerate brief discomfort. We use gentle waxes and expert technique to reduce pain. Ask about numbing options or a patch test if you have heightened sensitivity or anxiety.

Schedule sessions every 4–6 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle. Consistent waxing over time often leads to finer regrowth and longer intervals between appointments as follicles weaken.

Avoid waxing on sunburned, broken, or recently treated skin. Consult us if you use Accutane, blood thinners, have active skin infections, severe acne, or recent chemical peels. We can advise whether waxing is safe for you.

Avoid hot showers, saunas, vigorous exercise, and direct sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Apply soothing lotions or aloe, wear loose clothing, and gently exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.
