Get answers to common questions about Back Facial.
A Back Facial provides deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and hydration to reduce breakouts, unclog pores and smooth texture. It also targets post-acne marks and helps restore radiance and comfort to neglected back skin.
Yes — our technicians customize products and techniques for sensitive or acne-prone skin, using gentle formulas and careful extraction. For severe cystic acne or open wounds, we recommend consulting a dermatologist first before proceeding.
Appointments generally last 45 to 60 minutes depending on concerns and add-ons. Time includes consultation, cleansing, steam, exfoliation, extractions if needed, a mask and hydrating finish tailored to your skin.
Avoid a Back Facial immediately after waxing or laser. Wait at least 3–7 days after waxing and 7–14 days after laser to allow the skin to calm. Always mention recent hair treatments during booking.
For maintenance, schedule a Back Facial every 4–6 weeks. If treating active acne or congestion, more frequent visits every 2–4 weeks may speed improvement. Your therapist will recommend a personalized plan.
Aftercare includes avoiding heavy sweating and hot showers for 24–48 hours, wearing breathable clothing, applying recommended moisturizers and sunscreen, and following any product guidance to prevent irritation and support healing.
